Paul joined CIBC Innovation Banking as part of the founding team of the group. Prior to that, Paul was with Wellington Financial (which CIBC acquired in 2018) in various roles, including living in San Francisco for several years to build the office and presence. Before Wellington, Paul started his career at Fidelity Investments. Outside of work, Paul is a girl dad to two, loves being active and spending time in the mountains, is culinary obsessed, and loves reading and learning about finance and business history.
